With the help of our automated forms, electronic signature systems and Drop Box we conduct a paperless operation. Our home computers, smartphones and iPads are the latest versions. Our listing presentation is presented to you on our iPad. For listings we insert 30 pictures, photo virtual tours and the latest Drone flyover and virtual tours.
4. Are you a member of the Middle Tennessee Regional MLS and do you have computer access to the MLS? 4. Yes! We are members of the Middle Tennessee Regional MLS. We have access to the MLS through our mobile computer systems as well as through our handheld computers.
5. Do you have a full service, dynamic web site? 5. Yes! Our web site is On this site we offer information about ourselves, a full buyers and listing proposal, all current listings with full details and sales to date. Our site is meticulously maintained and always current.
6. Will you give me names of current and former clients? 6. Yes! You are welcome to call any of our former and current clients. We will gladly supply names and numbers.
7. Can I contact you quickly when I need to? 7. Yes! Our mobile phones are with us at all times. Usually we will call back in less than 10 minutes. Our clients will attest to our prompt response.
8. Are you available to show properties weekends and evenings? 8. Yes! Show us a real estate agent who does not work weekends and evenings and we will show you one who does little business.
9. How do you keep up with new listings to insure that I am notified quickly when new properties come on the market? 9. We save your search criteria in our computer and check against new listings several times daily. We can e-mail property details to you.
10. Do you have a marketing plan? 10. Yes! We offer a full marketing plan at time of listing proposal and our marketing strategy is available in detail on our web site.
11. May I see a copy of your purchase or listing agreement? 11. Yes! At any time. We provide a copy of the listing agreement with our listing presentation. The purchase agreement is available anytime.
12. What is your professional fee? 12. We offer a full service and limited service graduated listing commission program in which the commission declines as the home price increases. We also offer a fee-for-service program. We give you a choice.
